Sudoku Original

If I create a new type of puzzle, how can I protect it so others can’t reproduce it?

Use a poor man’s copyright.
Write the game description, object and any details and have the dated and notarized by a notary. Then put the papers in a sealed envelope and take them to the post office and have them postmarked on the envelope seal.
I would do this with 3 copies. File one copy with your attorney, another copy should be kept in a safe deposit box and the third copy kept in a safe place.
