Sudoku Blanket
Im lacking sleep this summer, any tips?
Ok, so my sleep pattern sucks! First of all I can’t fall asleep fast and I wake up on 3 or 4 or 5 am!!! I want to sleep at 10:30 pm-8:30 am which is about 10 hours of sleep. Teenagers like I need 9 hours of sleep. Im used to sleeping at 11:00 pm or midnight 12:00 am. Please give me tips, my lack of sleep is making me unattractive and less energy for my workouts.
Here is what I do before going to bed, either I play sudoku, read sherlock holmes or listen to music on computer over and over again. I pray while I sleep continuously. I count my heartbeats. I close the door, and the only light is of the moon’s. What blanket should I use and should I use a fan?
If you “pray continuously” while you sleep or “count your heartbeats”, then your mind is racing and that’s why you can’t fall asleep. Your bedtime habits of reading and music sound good, as long as the music isn’t really upbeat and fast and you are not staring at the computer screen (which could keep you awake).
Why don’t you cut out all caffeine from your diet and especially energy drinks and soda pop? I would use a blanket and a fan if that is what makes you feel more comfortable. You could also try taking some tryptophan which is in the Vitamin dept. at stores. It is what’s in turkey that makes people sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner. Good luck!! : /
