Sudoku Blackberry
Help with AT&T Blackberry Curve 8310!!?
ok so i keep on trying to add on a sudoku game, but when i open the application loader i get this message :the blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS??? plus ive tried to go on the att website and have tried to download blackberry desktop software but it always ask me for a company and position and i don’t have one!! thanks
Okay, I just had this problem with my pearl. Go back to the Blackberry website and input this information: None, None, None,etc. I couldn’t answer those questions so I put none and in the end, I was still able to download it. They don’t care, they just want the form filled out. I just did it to check as I speak. Here it is:
